Organize PDF
Organize PDF pages in your browser: reorder and delete pages with visual thumbnails, then save a new file.
Organize PDF Pages Visually — Reorder and Delete in One Place
A finished PDF is not always in finished shape. Pages land out of sequence after a scan, a blank sheet slips in between sections, or a draft page needs to disappear before you send the file. Our Organize PDF tool gives you a visual page grid so you can reorder PDF pages and delete pages from PDF documents without touching the content itself, then save a clean new file.
How It Works
When you open a PDF, PDFMarkr renders every page as a thumbnail directly in your browser. From there you drag thumbnails to rearrange PDF pages into the order you want, and mark any pages you no longer need for removal. When you save, the tool writes out a new PDF that reflects your changes. Because the work happens in your device's memory, your file is never uploaded to a server — there is no account to create, nothing to install, and no watermark added to the result.
Common Use Cases
- Removing blank pages left behind by a duplex scanner
- Fixing pages that were scanned or assembled out of order
- Deleting a cover sheet, fax header, or internal draft page before sharing
- Reordering an appendix so it follows the main report
- Trimming a long document down to only the pages a recipient needs
These are the everyday cleanup jobs that would otherwise mean rebuilding a document by hand. If you instead need to pull a specific page range out into its own file, our Split PDF tool is a better fit, and once your pages are in order you can use our Merge PDF tool to combine the result with other documents.
Why Reorder and Delete in the Browser
Rearranging and removing pages from PDF files often means handling confidential material — contracts, HR records, invoices, or medical paperwork. Doing it locally means the document never leaves your device during processing. There are no upload delays either, so even a long report responds quickly on modest hardware, and closing the tab clears the working copy from memory.
Honest Limitations
This tool changes the order and selection of whole pages; it does not edit the text, images, or layout inside a page. It cannot rotate a sideways page and it does not split pages into separate files or pull in new pages from another PDF. It also works on standard, unencrypted PDFs, so a password-protected file must be unlocked before you can organize it. There is no OCR involved, but that does not affect reordering or deleting — those actions work on any valid PDF, whether or not it contains a searchable text layer.
Frequently Asked Questions
Open your PDF and every page appears as a thumbnail. Drag any thumbnail to a new position to rearrange PDF pages into the order you want, then save. The new file keeps the sequence you set.
Yes. Mark each blank or unwanted page for removal in the page grid, then save. All the pages you selected are dropped from the new PDF in a single step, which makes it quick to remove pages from PDF documents.
No. The pages you keep are carried into the new file as-is, without re-encoding, so their text and image quality is unchanged. Only the order and selection of pages change.
No. For this tool, processing happens entirely inside your browser, in memory. Your PDF is not sent to a server, and there is no account or sign-up. When you close the tab, the working copy is gone.
Not directly. You need to unlock the PDF first, since the tool works on standard, unencrypted files. Once it is unlocked, you can reorder and delete pages normally.
